Nicklas Bendtner, the greatest Danish football hero of all time, has been appointed as the new ambassador for ComeOn Company, an online sportsbook, and casino.

After securing a five-year gaming license from Denmark’s gaming authority, ComeOn Group launched its flagship www.comeon.com, which provides both casino and sports betting and operates on its own proprietary network in Denmark in 2019.

Bendtner shares his excitement at the idea of partnering with an organization that isn’t scared to stand out from the crowd and challenges the existing establishment – as he has demonstrated in his many years as a professional football player.

Sharing the delight, Bendtner said: “ComeOn! is a challenger brand in a matured market; they wish to do things differently which I really like. My primary role will of course be ComeOn! face towards the public, but also to add some entertainment into things, as betting is all about entertainment, fun and having a good time.”

CCO of ComeOn Group, Berkay Reyhan, said: “We are very pleased to have signed an agreement with Bendtner. Nicklas is a great personality who shares water, but this is part of who he is and what we love him for; a person who is not afraid to challenge and have their own opinion, just like ComeOn! intends to do in Denmark – be a challenger for the big dogs out there.”

Bendtner started his professional career at Arsenal; he went on to play for Sunderland, Juventus, Wolfsburg, Rosenborg, and F.C. Kbenhavn. He was a member of the national team for 81 games and scored 30 goals.

The ComeOn Group, founded in 2008, has had a great journey from a tiny start-up to a major player in the online gaming industry. Among the company’s vast gaming and sportsbook portfolio are Casinostugan, CherryCasino, EuroLotto, Folkeautomaten, GetLucky, Hajper, Mobilautomaten, Mobilebet, NorgesSpill, Snabbare, and Suomikasino.
