The acquisition is a further step in EFG’s goal of uniting and engaging players, fans and creators across esports and video games to bring their experiences to newer regions.
EFG and Vindex will collaborate together to use their industry experience to work on innovation for publishers, brands and video game communities worldwide. Some of the advantages of the acquisition will be:
