Head Coach – Mahela Jayawardene – Sri Lanka’s most successful captain and one of their greatest batters, Jayawardene was the batting consultant for the England men’s cricket team in 2015. Post his time with the English squad, Mumbai Indians roped the Sri Lankan great in as a replacement for Ricky Ponting during the 2017 IPL. Having won the trophy in his very first year, Mahela has gone on to win 3 more titles with the Indians.
