McLaren ink new partnership with Cadence

Formula One team McLaren have announced a new multi-year agreement with computational software firm Cadence Design Systems. The partnership will see Cadence join as the Official Technology Partner of McLaren.

McLaren will use Cadence’s technology to investigate airflow and also work on design projects which require advanced compute power and precision. 

The partnership will put the Cadence branding on the McLaren Formula One cars from the Monaco Grand Prix 2022 onwards.

Matt Dennington, Director of Partnerships, McLaren Racing, commented:

The Monaco Grand Prix is a fantastic event to launch our partnership, and we’re excited that Cadence will join our brand across multiple race series this weekend by running on the Arrow McLaren SP cars for the Indy 500.
