Pakistan men’s cricket team sponsors 2023

This article contains information regarding the organisations enjoying a strong branding presence across the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) physical and digital assets as sponsors and partners of the Pakistan senior national teams.

Commercial Partners

Pepsi

The PCB renewed its long-time partnership, which has lasted for over two decades, with Pepsi and the beverage giant as the principal sponsor of the Pakistan cricket team in July 2020. The agreement came to an end in July 2021, which was then further renewed by the two parties. Pepsi continues to be the commercial partner of the Pakistan men’s team. 

TCL

LED TV brand TCL joined hands with the PCB in March 2022 to become one of the Pakistan men’s national cricket team’s commercial partners. The brand joined in as the associate partner ahead of the nation’s series against Australia in 2022.

The company’s logo also appeared on the test and limited overs jerseys of Pakistan throughout the series. 

Parkview City

Parkview City, a leader in real estate department in Islamabad, is the official T20I partner of the Pakistan men’s cricket team.

Trans Group

The PCB signed a deal with Trans Group in September 2021 to continue its three-decade-long partnership with the brand. As part of the deal, Trans Group holds the ground and sponsorship rights for five bilateral series in Pakistan from the commencement of the agreement. 

Tapal Tea

It was announced in January 2021 by the PCB that Tapal Tea would become the official tea partner of the Pakistan men’s national cricket team. Tapal is Pakistan’s leading tea company and initially signed a one-year deal before extending it furthermore.

PUBG Mobile

The PCB entered into a partnership with PUBG Mobile ahead of the Pakistan-England T20I series in 2022. The announcement was made just before England toured the Subcontinent and was aimed at promoting esports among the younger generation of the country. 

Broadcast and Live Streaming Partners

Sony

In February 2021, Sony Pictures Networks India signed a three-year broadcasting deal with the PCB, giving the network rights to broadcast all of Pakistan’s home Test, ODI and T20I matches as well as the Pakistan Super League.

Etisalat

The UAE-based telecommunications services provider is also a broadcasting and live streaming partner of the PCB. 

Ary Zap

Online streaming platform Ary Zap in 2022 signed a deal with the PCB to broadcast certain games involving the Pakistan men’s team. Among the lot was the Pakistan v Netherlands series held in August 2022. 

Supersport

In October 2020, the PCB signed a three-year agreement with South African sports broadcast company Supersport. 

Fox Sports

The PCB signed a fifteen-month deal with Fox Sports in January 2022 to telecast the home international fixtures of the Pakistan men’s national team as well as the Pakistan Super League. 

ICC TV 

The PCB secured a deal with ICC TV, the OTT streaming service provided by the ICC, in January 2022. The agreement is for broadcasting the next two seasons of the Pakistan Super League. 

Other Deals

In January 2021, the PCB signed a three-year deal with the following networks across the world for the regional broadcasting rights of all home international matches and the Pakistan Super League:

  • Sky Sports, covering the UK,
  • Sky NZ, covering New Zealand,
  • Flow Sports, covering the Caribbean, and
  • Willow TV, covering North America.

Engro Cricket Coaching Project

It was announced in August 2022 that the first phase of the Engro Cricket Coaching Programme would commence. The PCB entered into a three-year contract with Engro Corporation, which would fund foreign coaches to come over to Pakistan and be a part of the Pathway Cricket Programme.
