Singapore’s leading sports media company, 1 Play Sports, has appointed Mr. Jesal Parekh as its Head of Esports effective from May 2020. Gaming and esports expert, Jesal, was previously the COO of Singapore-based company, Team Flash. Jesal, with his tremendous experience, will lead the company’s business expansion in esports and spear initiatives to bring 1 Play Sports at the forefront of the field in Southeast Asia.

Jesal has developed and managed prominent teams across OpTic Gaming and Team Flash in titles such as League of Legends, Dota 2, Counterstrike, Overwatch, PUBG, Call of Duty, and several others. Parekh has also served as an advisor and consultant for multiple esports and gaming companies around Southeast Asia and the United States.
