Virgin Active

Virgin Active’s partnership with CSA entails fitness-based initiatives, part of which is the “Fit Fusion” initiative in association with Women’s Health South Africa, considered the biggest group exercise experience that the nation has witnessed.

Momentum Health

Momentum and CSA have had a partnership in place since 2013. In 2023, the two parties decided to extend their agreement, with Momentum also supporting the South Africa women’s national cricket team — both senior U19.

The brand will act as the series associate sponsor and the official supplier to the CSA.

SABC Sport

CSA and the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) have been in partnership since 2018.

For various tours, CSA has handed out its broadcast rights of inbound tours to the SABC. This includes the 2018 T20 Cricket League, India’s tour of South Africa during 2021/22, Bangladesh’s tour of the nation in 2022 and more.

KFC

KFC and CSA renewed their partnership, which started over a decade ago, for another five years in June 2020. The deal sees KFC remain the title sponsor of T20Is as well as an official sponsor of the (KFC) Mini-Cricket programme, which helps in the development of youth and grassroots-level cricket.

Betway

CSA made online betting company Betway an official partner for three years in July 2020. The deal sees Betway serve as the Headline Event Partner of both the ODI and Test formats for the Proteas Men, an Official Sponsor of the T20I Proteas men’s team, and an Official Sponsor of the Momentum Proteas Women.

The two parties also agreed in December 2022 that Betway would act as the title sponsor of the SA20. The deal has been dubbed to be a “multi-year” agreement.

Sunfoil

South Africa’s leading oil producer Sunfoil and CSA’s long-standing relationship dates back to Australia’s tour of South Africa back in 2011/12. Since then, the brand has acted as the title sponsor for various Test series in the country. For instance, Sunfoil was the title sponsor of New Zealand’s tour of South Africa in 2016.

Kemach JCB

CSA welcomed Kemach Equipment on board as an official supplier in November 2017 on an initial three-year contract.

Kemach provides CSA with resources to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of its  Hubs and Regional Performance Centres.

Castore

In October 2021, CSA announced that UK-based sportswear brand Castore would become its official kit supplier. The three-year deal entails Castore serving as the Proteas’ kit supplier from October 2021 until September 30, 2024.

Castore replaced New Balance as the CSA kit supplier. The agreement with New Balance was originally supposed to run until 2023, but the deal was cut short.

Castle

CSA signed a five-year deal with South African Breweries (SAB) in October 2016. SAB’s flagship brand Castle Lager was named as the official beer of the South African national team.

Castle Lager, through SAB, had previously been the headline sponsor of South Africa’s home Test and ODI series as well.

The two renewed their agreement in 2022, with Castle continuing as an official supplier for both the men’s and women’s teams of CSA.

BitCo

South Africa’s leading telecommunications brand BitCo Telecoms entered into an agreement with CSA in May 2023.

The agreement has been drawn for a term of five years, during which the company is to provide fibre internet and VoIP services to major CSA-affiliated cricket stadiums across the country.

SpringBok Atlas

SpringBok Atlas is the official transport partner of Cricket South Africa.

Ticket Pro

Online ticket-booking portal Ticket Pro acts as the official ticketing partner of CSA.

SuperSport

SuperSport and CSA have had in place a long-standing broadcast deal. The last renewal of their deal came in May 2023 and will conclude after the 2026/27 season.

The current deal sees matches of both the men’s and women’s teams of CSA broadcast on SuperSport channels. SuperSport also covers certain domestic events in South Africa, including the finals of the CSA T20 Challenge and the One-Day Cup.

Amul

Indian FMCG company Amul signed on as an Official Team Sponsor of the South African men’s national cricket team in September 2023 ahead of the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.

As part of the deal, the Amul logo features on the sleeve of the team’s matchday shirt.

Lotto

The Italian sports equipment manufacturer announced its partnership with CSA in September 2023, becoming the Official Technical Partner of its men’s and women’s national cricket teams in the process.

As part of the deal, Lotto’s logo features on the training kits of South Africa’s national teams while also appearing on the men’s, women’s and U19 teams’ training jerseys. Lotto also provides apparel and merchandise for non-playing staff members of the teams.
