French Formula One team Alpine have announced a three-year partnership extension with software firm Sprinklr. The partnership will see Sprinklr continue on as an Official Partner of the team and also an Unified-CXM platform provider for the team and the Alpine brand.
Alpine will continue to use Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Insights, Sprinklr Marketing and Sprinklr Social to enhance their fan engagement activities. Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform will also help the team future-proof their marketing, customer service and engagement strategy to stay competitive and continuously evolve their experience strategy.
