BAN vs SA | Twitter Reacts to Hasan Mahmud’s Magical Delivery Leaving Markram Speechless and Off-Stump Broken

For a fast bowler, the sound of a stump breaking instantly ignites excitement among him and his team. This was the case in the first Test between South Africa and Bangladesh at Dhaka when Hasan Mahmud unleashed a fiery delivery that dismissed South African skipper Aiden Markram and broke the off-stump.

It was a day dominated by South Africa in the first Test match against Bangladesh, as they bowled first and bundled the visitors out for just 106 runs, thanks to three wickets each from Wiaan Mulder, Kagiso Rabada, and Keshav Maharaj. In response, Aiden Markram and Tony de Zorzi opened the batting for the Proteas, but things quickly took a turn when Hasan Mahmud spectacularly dismissed the South African skipper.

Expecting the ball to move away after pitching, he was caught off guard as it slipped through the gap and clipped the top of the off-stump. Markram looked completely astonished as the ball veered unexpectedly. Mahmud celebrated his first breakthrough with joy, while his teammates rushed in to join the festivities.
