One of the best goalkeepers in the world is David de Gea has been giving fantastic performances week in week out for Manchester United and will be looking to have a successful 10^th season with his club. Even after facing a lot of criticism last year for some of his mistakes on the pitch, he has defied all the critics and given some good displays again in recent weeks. Born in Madrid, he had risen from the Academy ranks of Spanish side Atletico Madrid and made his debut at just 18 years of age. He also helped the club win the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Super Cup in 2010. He finally managed to get in the eye of Sir Alex Ferguson and got signed by him in 2011 for the Red Devils. Criticism is nothing new for the Spanish Goalkeeper as he was a victim to it in his first season with United, as well as he had to fill the massive shoes of Edvin Van Der Sar, who had just retired.
