Detroit Pistons Sponsors 2023/24

Kia

Kia America and the Detroit Pistons signed a partnership agreement in February 2022, the former becoming the latter’s non-luxury automotive partner in the process.

As per this deal, Kia, also a partner of the NBA as well as 13 of its teams, receives branding exposure by presenting the “Starting Five” creatives that appear on the Pistons’ social media handles.

Cheurlin

Cheurlin Champagne was announced as the official champagne of the Detroit Pistons in October 2019.

As per the deal, Cheurlin enjoys brand visibility via in-arena video promotion at the Pistons home, Little Caesars Arena, as well as the team’s social media and other digital assets.

Henry Ford Health 

Henry Ford Health System, a Detroit-based integrated, non-profit healthcare organisation, is the naming rights partner of the Pistons’ training facility. It also presents the team’s official injury reports that are shared on their social media channels throughout the NBA season.

BetMGM

Oddsmaker BetMGM is listed as an official partner on the official Pistons website.

The collaboration between the parties aims to provide Pistons fans with exclusive offers through promotional campaigns. Case in point, in May 2023, BetMGM donated US$1,000 to the Pistons fans’ accounts for their first wager.

BetMGM also enjoys brand visibility by appearing on the social media handles and other digital assets of the Pistons. 

United Wholesale Mortgage

Wholesale mortgage lender United Wholesale Mortgage and the Detroit Pistons announced in June 2021 the commencement of their partnership.

The agreement sees United Wholesale Mortgage serve as the Pistons’ official jersey patch partner and exclusive mortgage partner.

As per the deal, United Wholesale Mortgage’s logo features on the left front strap of the Pistons jersey. The mortgage lender also gains visibility via the Pistons’ national and international streaming partners.

Paceline

Fintech-meets-fitness startup Paceline and the Pistons announced their partnership in October 2022, aiming to provide exclusive offers and rewards to Pistons fans via the Paceline app.

#MoveMotown is one such collaboration between the two, which was aimed at rewarding people for leading healthy lives. 

123NET

Michigan-based internet service provider 123NET joined hands with the Detroit Pistons in October 2023, coming on board as their official network service provider.

As per the deal, 123NET aims to improve the communication infrastructure at Henry Ford Detroit Pistons Performance Center. It has also been providing network solutions to the Pistons since the start of the 2023/24 NBA season.

Coca-Cola

American multinational beverage giant Coca-Cola is also an official partner of the Detroit Pistons.

The two parties work together on promotional campaigns to engage the Pistons fanbase.

Ally Financial 

Ally Financial announced its partnership with the Detroit Pistons ahead of the 2022/23 NBA season in October 2023.

The aim of this partnership is to better engage with the community and fans of the Pistons. One such initiative is “313 – In it for My City”, which aims to encourage fans to spare 31.3 hours of their time for community-related activities every year.

Wing Stop

American multinational chain of aviation-themed restaurants Wing Stop is also an official sponsor of the Pistons and gains brand visibility via their social media handles and other digital assets.

Belfor

Belfor, a multinational corporation that sells recovery and restoration services, is also an official Pistons sponsor.

As per the deal between the two parties, Belfor prominently features across the Pistons’ social media platforms and other digital assets.
