Ferrari announce Genesys partnership

Italian Formula One team Ferrari have announced a new multi-year partnership with California-based software firm Genesys. The partnership will see Genesys join the team as an Official Team Partner.

Genesys, which is a world leader in the field of customer experiences, will have its logo present on the Ferrari race cars in the upcoming seasons, while the firm will also partner Ferrari in their 499P Hypercar endurance racing programme, including Le Mans 24 Hours.

Benedetto Vigna, CEO, Ferrari, commented:

We are delighted that Genesys are joining Scuderia Ferrari as a Team Partner and will also be featured in our LMH programme. As another business focussed on technological leadership they, like us, have a tireless approach to continuously improve and progress. I know that the synergies between our two businesses will deliver huge value on both sides.
