The Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) has announced a partnership with Wasserman, a global sports, music, and entertainment firm.
Wasserman comes on board as the sales agency of record for WTA Ventures, the organising body’s commercial department. In accordance with the partnership, it will cover all partnership tiers and focus on finding the WTA a new Premier Partner.
With this agreement, Wasserman aims to drive the WTA’s growth, leveraging its industry expertise to lock in high value commercial deals. It will also introduce a new “Premier Partner” sponsorship package with the goal of growing women’s tennis.
