PRINCIPAL PARTNERS

Last year, Aston Villa signed a three-year deal with Kappa as their new kit supplier and principal partner. The Italian sportswear brand replaced Luke 1977 in a deal running until 2022.

Aston Villa added also added Cazoo as their new principal partner in a multi-year deal ahead of the 2020-21 season. The online car retailer firm will replace Asian betting company W88 as the Villains’ official shirt sponsor, in a deal reportedly worth $16m over two years. The deal will also grant Cazoo visibility across the club’s home ground, official merchandise and social media.

Despite being replaced by Kappa as the official kit supplier, Birmingham-based Luke1977 remains the official formalwear partner for the Premier League club, providing off-the pitch formal wear for the players and staff.

Aston University is the official UK university partner for Aston Villa. The two partnered up last season to launch “Villa Vision” – initiated by the Optometry School at Aston University and funded by the Premier League and the Professional Footballers’ Association, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of eye health in schools and community settings.

Heineken previously partnered with Villa between from 2010 to 2013. The two resumed their partnership when the Dutch brewing company was announced as the club’s official beer and cider partner back in 2016.

The Warwickshire-based brewery was announced as Aston Villa’s official ale partner in 2019. The three-year deal granted Purity image rights for the Aston Villa branding to be used on their bottles.
