Burnley FC onboard Burnley Van Hire as Official Academy Partner

Burnley Football Club have announced a partnership with Burnley Van Hire, a car hire, van hire, and garage services company owned by CVS Vehicle Group.

Burnley Van Hire thus becomes an Official Academy Partner of the Lancashire club. The partnership will put its logo on the minibuses used by the Clarets to take their academy players and staff to and from matches as well as training sessions.

The partnership builds on top of Burnley Van Hire’s association with the All Onside Charity Business Club of Burnley FC charity arm, Burnley FC in the Community, which was confirmed in August earlier this year.

Paul Wood, Burnley FC’s Academy Transport Manager, said:

These new minibuses will be a great help to our transport provision, particularly for our U18 scholars, along with our youth teams on day release, tournaments and events. I’d like to thank Wayne and his team for their continued support and look forward to working with them going forward.

Wayne Ousby, Director of CVS Vehicle Group, commented:

We’re proud to support Burnley FC’s Academy and youth development by supplying these new minibuses and additional fleet vehicles. The Club means so much to the town, and it’s great to play a part in helping young players and the local community through this partnership.
