American audio products manufacturer Beats by Dre has announced professional footballers Kobbie Mainoo and Cole Palmer as its latest ambassadors.
The Chelsea forward, nicknamed “Cold Palmer”, launched his partnership with Beats through a campaign video titled Some Play, Others Glide. The Manchester United midfielder, meanwhile, was revealed as an ambassador through a short film titled Run the Track.
The two England internationals join fellow footballers Lionel Messi, Erling Haaland, Alessia Russo, and Lamine Yamal, among others, on the Beats roster.
On his partnership with Beats by Dre, Palmer commented:
“Music is always part of my routine, so I’m honoured to be amongst some of the greatest names in sport and teaming up with Beats,” said Cole. “The ‘cold’ celebration is about staying composed and confident both on and off the pitch, so it was fun to do this with Beats.“
Mainoo said:
“Ever since I was a kid, music has been a big part of my life! Nowadays, I have specific playlists to get me in the zone for different moments, like staying locked in during training or getting ready for a big game. I’ve always been a huge fan of Beats, so I’m really excited to be able to work together.“
