England and Wales Cricket Board renews partnership with Compare the Market

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced a multi-year renewal of its partnership with Compare the Market, a British price comparison website.

Compare the Market will thus remain a Principal Partner of The Hundred and provide entertainment to fans throughout the 100-ball cricket tournament, while also working on in-ground activations that will range from T-shirt cannons and merchandise giveaways to fan competitions.

The 2026 edition of The Hundred kicks off on 21 July 2026 and will conclude on 16 August 2026.

Alex Perkins, Commercial Partnerships Director of The Hundred, commented:

We’re delighted to be extending our partnership with Compare the Market, at what is a truly exciting time for The Hundred. Since joining us three years ago as their first major nationwide sports partnership, Compare the Market has played an important role in helping the competition reach new audiences and grow year-on-year. Their continued commitment to invest in campaigns that bring fans closer to the action has been invaluable, and we’re thrilled to be building on that momentum together as the competition enters its next chapter.”

Tom Wallis, Chief Customer Officer at Compare the Market, added:

Since our partnership with The Hundred began in 2023, we’ve watched the tournament go from strength-to-strength. Its fast-paced format makes cricket accessible and easy to watch for everyone, whether you’re a lifelong fan or discovering the sport for the first time. As we enter the fourth year of our partnership, we can’t wait to continue building on the momentum and reach more families and fans this summer and beyond.
