FA extends Mars Wrigley UK partnership

The Football Association (FA), England’s governing body for football, has extended its partnership with confectionery brand Mars Wrigley UK.

The partnership renewal will be through the Kind and Extra brands for the 2023 and 2024 seasons, respectively, which will replace the Snickers brand. Both Kinds and Extra will be sponsoring the England men’s, women’s and para national football teams.

Mars Wrigley UK has been a partner of the FA since 2009. The two parties last renewed their partnership in 2018.

Navin Singh, Commercial Director of the FA, commented:

We’re delighted to continue our partnership with Mars Wrigley with a renewed focus on Kind and Extra. This evolving partnership aligns perfectly with our passion to encourage balanced lifestyles. We thank Mars Wrigley for their continued support across our England teams and we look forward to working together over the coming years.

Peter Morris, Market Director, Kind UK, said:

We’re absolutely thrilled to be a supporter of the FA this year, and to continue our health and wellness journey. As football fans ourselves, we’re proud to be focused on supporting the England Women’s Football team this year.

Kerry Cavanaugh, Business Unit Director, Mars Wrigley UK, added:

Football provides some of the greatest cultural moments in the UK, so we’re very proud to be partnering with the FA to bring Kind and Extra to a nationwide stage. It’s a brilliant opportunity to show our customers the range of products we offer that are synonymous with a balanced lifestyle.
