Scuderia Ferrari HP have renewed their partnership with Genesys, a California-based software firm, having signed a multi-year extension agreement.
The renewed deal will extend the partnership beyond the track. The Italian Formula 1 outfit will work with Genesys to enhance the experiences of its global customer base.
On the Genesys renewal, Alfonso Fuggetta, Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Ferrari, commented:

With Genesys, we rely on technology that provides extremely valuable insights into the data we gather, helping us create personalized, one-of-a-kind interactions that truly capture the essence of our brand.”
