FC Internazionale Milano, known commonly as Inter Milan, have roped in BPER Banca as their Official Banking Partner on a three-year deal.
The partnership will see BPER Banca gain branding visibility on pitchside LEDs inside San Siro — home of the Inter senior men’s team. The Modena-based Italian bank will also collaborate with the Milanese professional football club on several fan engagement activities.
Alessandro Antonello, CEO Corporate, FC Internazionale Milano, commented:
“We’re really pleased to have reached this partnership agreement with BPER Banca, which is one of the leading institutions in the banking sector in this country and has chosen our Club to make its Serie A debut. This represents the latest piece of great work that we’re doing in order to make our brand more attractive in sectors outside of sport.“
Piero Luigi Montani, CEO, BPER Banca, added:
“Our partnership with Inter and Mastercard allows us to be at the side of those who love sport and its excellence, of those who share our values and feelings of passion, duty and teamwork. Inter is one of the biggest clubs in Italy and the world and has an impressive trophy cabinet and a strong fanbase. We’re proud to assist such an important Club and we hope that the team can reach its set objectives for this season.“
