Aakriti talks about how she followed her passion for sports by pursuing a Sports Management course in India instead of the usual corporate rat race. She also shares her thoughts on the current status of women leaders in the sports industry, acknowledging that there is still a lot that can be done to overcome biases and achieve gender parity. However, Aakriti is optimistic about the progress being made and hopes that eventually, there will be more female CEOs and leaders in sports.
