LaLiga extends BKT partnership

LaLiga has announced a multi-year extension of its partnership with Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT), which will thus remain a partner of the Spanish league until 2028.

BKT will also take up the role of LaLiga’s Official Tyre Partner in Europe and Latin America, with the partnership set to focus on increasing brand visibility. The Indian tyre maker will also gain on-field branding via virtualised LED and 3D Carpet formats and host various fan engagement initiatives, including contests and brand activations.

Jorge de la Vega, Executive Managing Director of LaLiga, commented:

For LALIGA, renewing our alliance with BKT is a great source of pride. BKT is a strategic partner that shares our values and vision. This solid collaboration demonstrates our mutual commitment to continue generating value, innovating, and connecting with millions of fans around the world over the coming years.

Lucia Salmaso, Managing Director of BKT Europe, added:

We’ve chosen to focus our presence on Europe and Latin America, two key markets for BKT where football serves as a universal language and a powerful vehicle to connect with people. Our goal is to turn visibility into tangible value through initiatives that directly engage fans and build connections with local communities.
