English football club Leicester City Football Club has announced a new partnership with Leicester-based supplier of industrial tooling, safety equipment, PPE and consumables, Cromwell, who has joined the Premier League 2015/16 season champions as their Official Back of Shirt Partner for the 2026/27 season. Cromwell will also take up the role as the club’s Tooling and Safety Partner along with being a Club partner. The agreement as back-of-shirt partner will see Cromwell have their logo present on the back of Leicester City’s playing kits and work with the club on various fan engagement activities and other activations.
Kevin Davies, Chief Executive, Leicester City, commented,
“Cromwell is a well-established and highly respected business with strong roots in Leicester, so there is a natural fit between our organisations. The back of our shirt provides a fantastic platform for Cromwell to increase their visibility, while our wider partnership will allow us to explore a number of opportunities to engage with our communities and showcase the work that both organisations do. We look forward to building a strong relationship with Cromwell during the course of the season and are excited to have them with us for the first time on Saturday when we welcome Burton Albion to King Power Stadium for our first home league game of the campaign.”
John Hancock, Chief Executive, Cromwell, added,
“We’re proud to be partnering with Leicester City for the 2026/27 season. As a Leicester-based business with a long-standing commitment to supporting industry across the UK, this partnership gives us a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness of Cromwell and connect with supporters, customers and communities across the region. Leicester is home to Cromwell and has played an important role in our story for nearly 60 years. We’re excited to see our name feature on the shirts and look forward to working closely with the Club throughout the season to build a successful partnership.”
