Perth Scorchers extend Budget Direct deal

Big Bash League (BBL) franchise Perth Scorchers have signed a partnership renewal agreement with insurance company Budget Direct.

The partnership, now in its fifth year, will see Budget Direct continue on as a Major Partner of the Scorchers for the 2024/25 season of the Big Bash, enjoying branding presence on the playing and training kits of their men’s and women’s teams during their respective KFC Big Bash League and Weber Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) campaigns.

Budget Direct will also continue supporting the Western Australian cricket community via the Budget Direct Community T20 Cup, which was launched during the 2021/22 season.

Jonathan Kerr, Chief Growth Officer, Budget Direct, commented:

Budget Direct is extremely proud to continue our support of cricket in WA with the extension of our sponsorship of the mighty Perth Scorchers in the BBL and the WBBL, and with our support of junior cricket in WA, via the Budget Direct Community T20 Cup.
