German food products brand Dr. Oetker has roped in Indian footballer Rahul KP as a brand ambassador.
The 25-year-old is set to promote the brand’s range of high-protein peanut butter in India. He will headline several digital campaigns.
Rahul, who hails from Thrissur, Kerala, has represented India at various junior levels and currently plies his trade for Odisha FC.
Earlier this year, Rahul represented West Ham United FC at The Soccer Tournament, a seven-a-side tournament, thus becoming the first-ever Indian player to represent a Premier League club at the event.
On his team-up with Dr. Oetker, Rahul KP commented:
“As a professional athlete, I’m conscious about what I eat. Dr. Oetker Peanut Butter is not only packed with protein, but it also tastes amazing. It’s a staple in my daily routine, whether it’s before a match or after a tough training session. I’m proud to partner with a brand that supports healthy eating habits and active lifestyles across the country.“
Rishabh Tiwari, Sponsorship and Sales Manager at TRP Sports, added:
“Partnering with Dr. Oetker was a natural fit for Rahul. As someone deeply committed to fitness and performance, Rahul only aligns with brands he genuinely believes in. Dr. Oetker Peanut Butter reflects the same values, clean nutrition, consistency, and excellence. We are excited about what this collaboration can inspire in young athletes across the country.“
