Somerset County Cricket Club have announced an extension of their partnership with financial services company Trade Nation. The extension of the deal means the London-based firm will continue to serve as Somerset’s Principal Shirt Sponsor at the Vitality Blast T20 tournament and will also be the tournament’s Official Live Stream Partner for the second year now.
The Trade Nation logo will be present on Somerset’s LV=Insurance County Championship kit.
Trade Nation has also partnered with the Priory Bridge Road Stand for a second consecutive season. It also continues to donate £50 per six and £150 for every shot hit out of the ground to local charities.
Speaking about the extension of their partnership, Caroline Herbert, SCCC Commercial Director, commented:
“It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Trade Nation during the last two years. Their generosity and their dedication to ensuring that our live stream and matchday experience is constantly evolving and improving has been one of the driving factors behind the success of our digital output and our excellent fan experience. We are looking forward to seeing how we can take this partnership to the next level in 2022.“
Stuart Lane, Chief Executive, Trade Nation, added:
“Trade Nation’s partnership with Somerset County Cricket Club has been immensely rewarding and we’re incredibly excited to build further on the great results we’ve had over the past two years. We are eager and excited to see the new T20 shirts on the field soon, and support Somerset Cricket Club throughout the season.“
