Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (THFC), commonly referred to as Spurs, have announced a partnership with Netflix, which will see the English club promote the streaming platform’s South Korea drama Squid Game ahead of the release of its second season.
The new season will be available on Netflix from December 26, 2024.
Spurs and Netflix are set to work on a host of fan activations that will feature Squid Game guards roaming around Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for photo opportunities as well as a giant blimp of the “Young-hee” doll, which will appear outside the stadium ahead of the Spurs men’s first team’s games on December 22 and 29 against Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers, respectively.

“Squid Game 2 will undoubtedly be one of the most talked-about shows over the festive period and our partnership with Netflix places the Club at the centre of popular culture. This is yet another exciting way to enhance the matchday experience and bring our fans fresh, engaging content across digital channels.“
