West Ham United FC and Essex Mortgage join forces

West Ham United FC (WHUFC) have announced a multi-year regional partnership agreement with mortgage lender Essex Mortgage.

As per the deal, Essex Mortgage will become the London club’s Official Tour Partner for their men’s team’s pre-season tour of the US. The Florida-based company will have prominent LED signage at the West Ham tour games while also acting as their Match Presenting Partner. It will also act as West Ham’s first-ever Official Regional Partner in the US.

Nathan Thompson, Chief Commercial Officer at West Ham United FC, said:

Essex Mortgage has grown significantly from their founding in 1986 and we are delighted to be launching our regional partnership with them. The global appeal of West Ham United continues to grow, and this partnership is a testament to that. We are fortunate that we have an engaged and enthusiastic international fanbase and we’re pleased that our fans will be able to benefit from this partnership. Ahead of the 2026 World Cup, we’re delighted to further increase our commercial footprint in the US, to engage existing and attract new West Ham fans.

Roland Weedon, CEO, Essex Mortgage, added:

Essex Mortgage is honoured to become the first US Regional Partner of West Ham United. For more than three decades, we have been helping generations of families find their homes. The work done in the community through the Club’s Foundation aligns closely with our commitment to our own community. Our primary focus is and always has been to provide exceptional service and education for all our clients and this has allowed us to get involved in several worthwhile causes, both on a company level and as individuals. Our motto of ‘Bringing Families Home’ is more than words and we are proud to partner with a Club that aligns with those values.

West Ham United has been a home away from home for me and I look forward to sharing that warmth with fans in the US.
