Williams Racing have announced a partnership agreement with VAST Data, a tech company specialising in artificial intelligence and deep learning computing infrastructure, which comes on board as an Official Partner and technology vendor for the 2024 Formula One season and beyond.
As per the agreement, VAST Data’s logo will feature on the driver overalls as well as the race car of the Wantage-based British F1 outfit. Williams will also use VAST Data’s “expertise in managing and processing large datasets can help optimise their performance.”
Speaking about the deal, Pat Fry, Chief Technical Officer, Williams Racing, commented:
