Circle8 joins as Global Talent Matching Partner
British Formula One team Aston Martin have announced a new partnership with IT talent matching company Circle8, who will join the team as their Global Talent Matching Partner. Circle8 will work with the team to help them find the best talent to enhance their performance. The Circle8 branding will also be present on the Aston Martin AMR24 car.
Sophie Ackland, Chief People Officer, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team, commented,
“We are delighted to welcome Circle8 to Aston Martin Aramco as our Global Talent Matching Partner. Our people are our greatest asset. We have seen unprecedented growth and with our ambitious plans we want to ensure we are attracting the best talent to the team. We were attracted to Circle8’s approach to finding the perfect match, and they are going to contribute to our success on and off the track.”
Guus Franke (Axiom), Founder and Owner, Circle8, added,
“Aston Martin Aramco is seeking tech and IT professionals who not only possess top-notch knowledge but also the right mindset – genuine team players who enjoy being challenged by new environments and regular challenges. This is precisely the DNA upon which Circle8 is based: we embrace the idea that a seamless flow of talent fosters mutual growth for both individuals and organisations. To our people, there are 365 race days in a year. We look forward to sharing success together.”
