Baseline Ventures launches Baseline Foundation to support young athletes

Brand licensing and sports marketing company Baseline Ventures India Pvt Ltd has launched its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm, Baseline Foundation, as part of its commitment to “giving back to society through CSR initiatives in sports”. 

Baseline Foundation envisions itself to be a catalyst for young athletic talents by encouraging them to follow a career in sports by nurturing and developing their abilities.

By establishing an organised grassroots-level programme, Baseline Foundation will be collaborating with training centres and academies to facilitate physical and theoretical training in sports.

As a part of this initiative, Baseline Foundation will be supporting tennis prodigy Riya Sachdeva in her advanced tennis training. Sachdeva is the winner of U16 Asian Grade 1 Tennis Tournament 2023 and is currently ranked No 1. in Asia. She is also currently ranked No. 1 in India by the All India Tennis Association.

Speaking on the occasion, Baseline Co-founder and Joint MD, Vipin Nair, said: 

Through Baseline Foundation, we are gratified to be making a difference in the lives of young athletes who once given the right platform and support, can go on to achieve great success in the field of sports.
