Hosts Mexico will look to give their bench options a good run out before the knockout stages begin as they look to tie up loose ends in their roster in their final group game clash against Czechia, who will be staring at elimination if they fail to get anything less than a victory in their favour.

Mexico have not been at their A-game in this World Cup as of now, but it does not matter for now as they have managed to find themselves in the knockout stages of the World Cup once again after having 2 wins in the two games they played.
However, in those two games, they have shown glimpses and phases that make them such a dangerous and unpredictable opposition to anyone in World Football on their day. But they have not shown that in heaps and bounds, marking a sense of frustration and ire among the Mexican fans.
Mexico will have to increase the number of chances that they create. The 4 big chances they have created put them among the bottom half of the sides in terms of chances created. While the 3 goals from them is indicative of clinical edge, the chance creation will have to increase substantially from El Tri.
For Czechia, anything less than a win and they are out of the tournament. It has been a rather subdued and ordinary performance from them in a tournament where they hoped to be more competitive than they expected to be in this competition.
They should have held on to those valuable 3 points against South Africa after getting that early goal, but failure to create clear-cut chances and being too defensive eventually culminated in giving away the penalty for the equaliser.
Czechia will look to make use of their size in the box as they look to cause mayhem with their crossing accuracy. Goals are the biggest currency for the Czechs and they will need to be creative in order to score more of them against Mexico.
We believe that Mexico will be the favourites and have too much firepower for the Czechs to handle, eventually ending up as comfortable victors.
