The partnership between FC Barcelona and Scotiabank has been extended through June 30, 2026, as announced by the club on their website. As a result, the Canadian bank will continue to serve as Barça’s regional partner in Canada, a number of Latin American nations, and the Caribbean for the ensuing four seasons.
As part of its commitment to fostering equality in sport and society, Scotiabank has also renewed its cooperation with the Barça Foundation, the Barça Academy project, and has also taken on the role of sponsoring Barcelona Femení, the club’s women’s team.
Along with other assets, Barça and Scotiabank will continue to collaborate on the creation of co-branded goods and new collaborative initiatives with the Barça Foundation. The bank will also serve as the main partner of two Barça Academies and a partner of the Barça Academy Camps in its areas of influence. Additionally, Scotiabank will join the club as a partner of the travelling “Barça, The Exhibition” exhibit anytime FC Barcelona’s history is presented in a Latin American nation.
The agreement covers the territories of Canada, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Uruguay, Chile, Panama, Costa Rica, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, the Bahamas, Barbados, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, the Dominican Republic, Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and Turks and Caicos.
