Partnership to focus on 5G experiences.
Formula One has partnered with non-profit digital technology organisation Digital Catapult to trial 5G in a manner so as to be able to use it to enhance fan experiences at F1 events. The partnership will work on exploring the 5G services for events industry challenges.
Formula One will also work together with 5PRING, the UK’s first 5G commercial application accelerator, and other small businesses to improve event experiences and also viewing experiences for the fans at home.
