Haas signs multi-year deal with Emburse

American Formula One team Haas have announced a new multi-year partnership agreement with travel, expense and spend management solutions firm Emburse, who will join Haas as their Official Travel and Expense Solution Partner. The partnership will kick off from the upcoming Monaco Grand Prix 2026 and will see Emburse provide their travel, expense, and spend management software to Haas. Emburse will also have branding on the mirror arm sides of the Haas Formula One car, the team garage and the team’s digital assets. From the Formula One 2027 season onwards, the partnership will expand and will include Emburse branding on driver race suits and official team apparel.

Ayao Komatsu, Team Principal of TGR Haas F1 Team, commented,

“I’m very happy to welcome Emburse to TGR Haas F1 Team as our ‘Official Travel & Expense Solution Partner. We’re the smallest team on the Formula 1 grid, yet our efficiency and planning have led us to fighting consistently at the front of the midfield. Emburse’s expertise in travel and expense management makes them a natural fit for our organisation as we continue to strengthen and evolve the team both on and off the track.”

Alan Chan, Chief Finance Officer at TGR Haas F1 Team, added,

“We race in over 20 locations each year, our team is based in three countries across two continents, and our supply base and technical partners are spread across the world, too. This inherently increases the complexity of how we operate as a finance team. In finance, our core values are precision, pace, collaboration and ownership – it’s embedded in how we work. It’s tremendously exciting to be partnering with Emburse and using their innovative technology across expense management and accounts payable, as it will enable us to significantly scale our capabilities while still being efficient, streamlined and delivering a significant ROI to our team.”

Marne Martin, Chief Executive Officer at Emburse, said,

“Modern finance teams are being asked to move faster while maintaining stronger control, and that balance is exactly what this partnership represents. TGR Haas F1 Team operates in an environment where timing, precision, and visibility matter every day. We’re proud to partner with the team as we shape a broader conversation around travel and expense intelligence for today’s leading organizations.”
