Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced a partnership with Indian consumer electronics brand Intex, bringing it on board as a National Team Sponsor for the Sri Lankan men’s national team’s ongoing series with India.
The agreement will see Intex enjoy branding presence on the front of the Sri Lankan team’s playing shirt as well as across the LED boards at the two stadiums during the series.
The 2026 India tour of Sri Lanka is underway, with the first Test being held in Galle. The second and final Test in the series is scheduled to be played between August 23 and 27, 2026, in Colombo.
Upul Navaratne Bandara, Head of Marketing at Sri Lanka Cricket, commented:
“We are delighted to welcome Intex Technologies as the National Team Sponsor of Sri Lanka Cricket for this highly anticipated Test series. Intex is a prominent Indian consumer technology brand with a strong connect with consumers across India. We are pleased to have them partner with Sri Lanka Cricket for this series.
