The Houston Rockets are a professional basketball team from Houston, Texas. They compete in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a Western Conference Southwest Division member.

1937-founded Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer Toyota signed a deal with the Houston Rockets in 2003 to attain the naming rights of their US$200m arena. The arena was completed in September 2003 and was named the Toyota Arena as per the deal.
The Houston Rockets, in July 2021, announced a multi-year partnership with Credit Karma Money, highlighted by a jersey patch sponsorship beginning with the 2021-22 NBA season.
As per the terms dictated by this association, the Rockets playing shirts feature the Credit Karma logo on their left chest.

The Houston Rockets and GameOn Technology announced in October 2022 that the Dutch company would become the official team chat application of the Texas-based NBA team.

The Rockets established a relationship with NYDIG, a Manhattan-based Bitcoin business, as their official bitcoin service partner in November 2021.
Aside from giving NYDIG enormous visibility across all of their social, digital and in-arena platforms, the Rockets and NYDIG collaborate to promote the Bitcoin ecosystem through access, educational programming and community support efforts. Additionally, NYDIG gains baseline apron signage during Rockets games while also serving as the naming rights partner to the Toyota Center suite levels, dubbed the “Bitcoin Suites by NYDIG”.
The Houston Rockets and Socios.com, a direct-to-consumer platform that uses blockchain technology to give the athletic organisations the means to communicate with their global fanbase, announced a multi-year agreement in August 2021.
As part of the agreement with the Houston Rockets, Socios.com is integrated into the Toyota Center’s signage and gains significant exposure across all of the team’s social media platforms, including as a regular presenter of the “Rockets Fan Art Friday” event.
In March 2022, the Houston Rockets announced a partnership with Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and his premium wine and spirits company, Sire Spirits. The agreement features various themed bars, a branded luxury suite, and a courtside loge box to spotlight Jackson’s award-winning Branson Cognac and Le Chemin du Roi Champagne brands during Rockets games and Toyota Center events.
Jackson’s G-Unity Foundation also collaborates with the Rockets and the Clutch City Foundation on a variety of community initiatives as part of this strategic partnership to strengthen Jackson’s unwavering commitment to the City of Houston, including granting access to games and events for parents and kids who otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend them.
ExxonMobil signed multi-year marketing deals with the Houston Rockets, the Charlotte Hornets, and the Boston Celtics in March 2018. The team agreements continue ExxonMobil’s role as the “Official Motor Fuel of the National Basketball Association (NBA)”.
