Inter Milan agree deal with Santa Margherita

Santa Margherita becomes the club’s Official Wine Partner.

Following its sponsorship of the 2020/21 Serie A title, Santa Margherita has announced its latest partnership with Inter Milan. The winery becomes Inter Milan’s Official Wine Partner.

Speaking about their new partnership, Luca Danovaro, Inter Milan’s Chief Marketing Officer, commented:

We are delighted to officially welcome Santa Margherita into the Inter family as Official Wine Partner.

The agreement comes after initial collaboration following our 19th Serie A title. This partnership brings together two global brands that are symbols of excellence in their respective sectors.

Santa Margherita had previously launched a limited-edition magnum Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut “52”, which was dedicated to Inter Milan’s Serie A title win last season.

Santa Margherita CEO, Beniamino Garofalo, added:

We are proud to take the field this season alongside the Italian champions. Inter is a cornerstone of world football, just as Santa Margherita is one of the ambassadors of Italian taste and lifestyle.

If our wines are able to win over entire generations of wine-lovers in Europe, Asia and overseas, the Nerazzurri shirt similarly generates passion and warms hearts everywhere.

Regarded as a global icon of Italian experience, Santa Margherita’s wines are present in 96 countries around the world. With its latest partnership, the winery will look to gain more visibility worldwide.
