Jindal Steel and Power’s Jindal Panther partners with Odisha FC

Jindal Steel and Power Ltd, an integrated steel company with headquarters in New Delhi, India, and its retail brand Jindal Panther, have been announced as Odisha FC’s official partners.

The agreement is for the 2022–23 ISL season. As per the deal, all three of the team’s jerseys will prominently feature the branding of JSP’s Jindal Panther throughout the season.

Commenting on the partnership, Naveen Jindal, Chairman, of Jindal Steel & Power, said:

“We draw inspiration from Biju Babu’s vision for Odisha. The Chief Minister’s leadership and robust roadmap make us all the more committed to the state. We are delighted to partner with Odisha FC for the upcoming season of the Indian Super League.

“Odisha’s youth have a lot of potential, in sports like football. We aim to promote this great game and nurture the young talent of Odisha through this association. I wish Odisha Football Club with JSP’s Jindal Panther as its brand partner a wonderful season ahead.”

Bimlendra Jha, MD, Jindal Steel & Power, added:

“Swami Vivekananda exhorted India’s youth by saying ‘playing football will take you nearer to God than reading Gita’. Jindal Panther is happy to support the youth in a sport that represents its brand value of Speed, Strength, and Flexibility.

Odisha FC President Raj Athwal said:

“It is a fantastic partnership for us to embark on with JSP and Jindal Panther as our brand partners. We share the same vision about impacting the Indian market with innovation, drive, and a purpose. In terms of the overall development of the state, the football industry, and bringing the best to the market, we are excited and motivated for the journey forward for the next years.
