Cricket Victoria extends Kookaburra partnership

Cricket Victoria (CV) has announced a multi-year extension of its partnership with cricket equipment manufacturer Kookaburra, which will thus continue on as its Official Partner for the next three years.

Kookaburra will continue to serve as the Naming Rights Partner of the Victorian Premier Cricket competition as well as a community cricket partner in accordance with the extended agreement. It will also support CV players across the divisions while continuing to supply cricket balls for all competitions at all levels.

Toby Williams, General Manager — Consumer Business, Cricket Victoria, said:

We’ve enjoyed a long and productive relationship with Kookaburra, and they consistently deliver quality products and outstanding service to the community and grassroots cricket. Kookaburra is an iconic organisation that is synonymous with our game. We look forward to working with them and building on the recent years of success.

Leigh Watts, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Kookaburra, added:

The work Cricket Victoria is doing to ensure a sustainable future for the game is vital and we’re really happy to play a part in supporting that. Extending our partnership with Cricket Victoria will mean better access to equipment and more funding for grassroots cricket.
