MotoGP inks new deal with Qatar Airways

MotoGP has announced a new multi-year partnership with Qatar Airways, who will join as the Official Cargo Airline Partner of MotoGP and the Official Airline Partner of the series. 

The partnership will see Qatar Airways provide passenger and cargo services for MotoGP, including commercial tickets, charter flights for championship personnel and freight services supplied by Qatar Airways Cargo. Qatar Airways will also enjoy branding at various trackside events including the Le Mans. Qatar Airways will also serve as the Title Sponsor for the  Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix and the Grand Prix of Qatar.

Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of MotoGP rights holder Dorna Sports, commented,
