Paris 2024 partners with Vinci

French construction firm Vinci has been roped in as an Official Supporter of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games (commonly referred to as “Paris 2024”).

Vinci, as per the deal, will be working towards reducing carbon emissions during stadium works. The company has also stated that it will work on environmental and social practices during the Games and provide maintenance and service support along with management services to the teams.

Vinci release a statement, which read as follows:

Vinci closely identifies with the pledge made by Paris 2024 to organise the games in a more responsible way, keeping the carbon emissions generated by the event to less than half of those from previous games while creating job opportunities and celebrating the positive impact sport can have on society.
