Estrella Galicia is one of the biggest brewers in Spain and has invested in Spanish athletes across a variety of sports. Its partnership with Sainz began in 2013—well before his Formula One debut.
Once Sainz started racing for Ferrari, Estrella Galicia stopped featuring him in its digital campaigns. However, the now-Williams driver is still listed on its website and extended his partnership with the brand ahead of the 2025 F1 season.
Sainz has worked with Sony’s video game console brand PlayStation in Spanish advertisements several times in his career, having also had a limited-edition, self-themed PlayStation. He is the face of PS advertisements in Spain whenever a new instalment of the EA Sports F1 video game series is released.
In March 2025, Sainz was announced as a brand ambassador for the French global personal care brand L’Oréal Paris.
As part of the deal, Sainz features in ad campaigns for the brand’s Elvive Hair line of products.
The Spanish retail banking organisation signed Sainz as its global brand ambassador in 2024.
As part of the deal, Sainz has appeared in several brand campaigns for Santander, promoting its products and services. Santander even followed his move from Ferrari to Williams and signed a multi-year partnership with the Grove, Oxfordshire–based side—effective from 2025 F1 season.
In 2019, Sainz modelled for Shiseido Men, a men’s grooming and skincare brand.
In 2017, Sainz was announced as a sports ambassador for the racing simulation game Gran Turismo. He partnered fellow F1 driver Lewis Hamilton to star on the cover of Gran Turismo Sport.
Schuberth is a German producer of safety helmets and protective headgear. In 2022, it partnered with Ferrari and Sainz, who was with the Scuderia at the time, to release a helmet that was designed by the Spaniard himself.
Sainz, along with several other well-known athletes, has invested in TMRW Sports, a sports, media, and entertainment tech organisation backed by Apex Capital Elite Performance and Investment Fund.
The fund combines the insights of athletes with investment strategies. Several high-profile athletes like Steph Curry, Lewis Hamilton, and Serena Williams have backed the fund.
Sainz owns a racing kart brand called CS55 Racing. He remains fond of kart racing and also supports the RFEDA Karting Academy.
