Carlos Sainz has worked with PlayStation in Spanish advertisements several times in his career. He has also had a limited-edition Carlos Sainz-themed PlayStation designed to increase its sales. He is always the face of PS advertisements in Spain whenever the new F1 games are released for the console.
In March 2025, Carlos Sainz was announced as the brand ambassador for global French personal care brand L’Oréal Paris.
As part of the deal, Sainz will be seen in ad campaigns for their Elvive Hair care line.
Spanish retail banking organization Santander signed Carlos Sainz as their global brand ambassador in 2024.
As part of the deal, he has appeared in several brand campaigns for Santander in order to promote their products and services.
Not only this, Santander has also followed his move from Ferrari to the Williams racing team and signed a multi-year partnership with the Williams racing team to be effective from 2025 season onwards.
In 2019, Sainz modelled for Shiseido Men, a men’s grooming and skincare brand.
In 2017, Sainz was announced as a sports ambassador for the racing simulation game Gran Turismo. He joined elite drivers like Lewis Hamilton to star on the cover of the game.
Schuberth is a German producer of safety helmets and protective headgear for Formula 1. In 2022, it partnered up with Ferrari and Carlos Sainz Jr, releasing a helmet which was designed by Sainz himself.
As Sainz moved from Schuberth to other brands, the partnership ended after the 2021 season.
Carlos Sainz Jr. along with several other well-known athletes has invested in sports, media and entertainment technology organization TMRW Sports which is backed by Apex Capital Elite Performance and Investment Fund.
The fund combines the insights of athletes with investment strategies. Several high profile athletes like Steph Curry, Lewis Hamilton and Serena Williams have backed the Fund.
Carlos Sainz Jr. owns a racing kart brand called CS55 Racing. Sainz is still fond of kart racing and his kart racing team will support the RFEDA Karting Academy.
