Here, we look at the organisations serving as official sponsors or partners to the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), the premier franchised kabaddi competition in India, and enjoying a strong branding presence across its physical and digital assets for its 2025 season — its twelfth edition.
India’s Unified Payments Interface system is listed in the official PKL website as an associate partner during the tournament’s 12th edition.
RR Global Group-owned electric scooter brand BGauss is also serving as an associate partner of the PKL during its 12th season.
Birla White Tilestix is a cement-based adhesive for fixing ceramic tiles. The brand announced its association with the Pro Kabaddi League for its 12th edition in August 2025.
Birla White Tilestix is also the official presenting partner of the tackles segment.
UltraTech Cement, a cement brand from Aditya Birla Group, also has a deal in place with the PKL for its 12th edition, having served as the official presenter of the player of the match award during PKL Season 10.
Indian public sector bank State Bank of India is also on board for PKL Season 12.
Tata Ace Pro, a light commercial truck, is at the forefront of Tata Motors’ association with the PKL for the tournament’s 2025 season.
Tata Motors previously sponsored the PKL for three years after signing a deal in 2018.
Austrian energy drink giant Red Bull promotes the Pro Kabaddi League through content on its website, having been roped in as the league’s official energy drink partner in October 2024.
Delhi-based sportswear company Pace International is serving as the PKL’s apparel partner for its twelfth edition.
Star Sports is a network of south Asian pay-TV sports channels owned by Disney Star, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company India.
In April 2021, Star Sports retained the PKL media rights for a reported INR 180 crore per year, totalling INR 900 crore over five years, until 2025. This was the first time Mashal Sports offered the league’s media rights to eligible domestic and global competitors through an open tender process.
In February 2025, Viacom18 and The Walt Disney Company announced the merger of their streaming platforms — respectively, JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar — to form a unified platform, JioHotstar. Viacom18 holds the majority stake for this platform with a 63.16% ownership, with Disney holding the remaining 36.84%.
JioHotstar has long been the official digital streaming partner of the Pro Kabaddi League — even in its previous guises.
