Serie A renews Street Soccer USA agreement

Serie A has recently announced a long-term partnership renewal of their agreement with non-profit street football organisation, Street Soccer USA. The partnership will see both continue to work together to empower the younger generations through football, education, and community engagement across North America. Serie A will continue to support the non-profit organisation through dedicated career panels and educational sessions which will have industry professionals and experts from across sports, media, technology, and business.

Both will also work together on a host of targeted activations and community-driven events throughout the FIFA World Cup2026  period and the upcoming Serie A season, with a particular focus on inclusion, fundraising initiatives, and social impact programming. Serie A and Street Soccer USA have been partners now for four years.

Luigi De Siervo, CEO of Lega Serie A, commented,

“Renewing our partnership with Street Soccer USA represents much more than continuing a successful project — it reflects Lega Serie A’s long-term commitment to using football as a force for positive social impact. Through initiatives like the Teddy van Beuren Street Soccer Park and Learning Center, we aim to create meaningful opportunities for young people, combining sport, education, and personal development. Football has a unique power to inspire, connect communities, and open doors for future generations, and we are proud to continue investing in projects that can make a real difference both on and off the pitch.”

Lawrence Cann, Founder and CEO, Street Soccer, USA, said,

“Lega Serie A has not only elevated the profile and quality of Teddy van Beuren Park, but it has done so with a personal touch and a level of respect for the people and the project that we could only dream of. It is that level of care of concern all around that has helped inspire our Where Goals Begin Campaign to replicate the concept nationally to 26 other locations by the end of 2026.”
