The three-year deal also see Papa John’s serve as the title sponsor to the EFL Trophy (thusly called the Papa John’s Trophy) – a knockout tournament dedicated to the third (EFL League One) and fourth (EFL League Two) tiers of English football.
Sky Bet – Headquartered in Leeds, British-based Canadian gambling company Sky Bet serves as the title sponsor to all three tiers of the EFL since the 2013-14 season, which are thusly called Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One, and Sky Bet League Two.In November 2017, the two announced a five-year extension of their partnership that would kick off with the 2019-20 season and run until the 2023-24 season.The EFL and Sky Bet also uses the sponsorship to raise awareness about proper regulation of the UK betting markets and promote responsible betting.
EA Sports – EA Sports joined EFL’s sponsorship portfolio in August 2017. The six-year deal made EA Sports the first ever official sponsor for EFL’s iFollow – the OTT streaming platform for all three EFL tiers. EA Sports also enjoys a strong branding presence across EFL’s physical and digital assets.
Football Manager – Japanese video game developer Sega’s flagship football management simulation game Football Manager also serves as an official sponsor to the EFL Championship. Sega’s partnership with the EFL grants the video game company license to feature all three of EFL’s tiers and real names of their constituent clubs.
Mitre – The Huddersfield-headquartered English sports equipment manufacturer is the long-time official match ball supplier for all three EFL tiers.
Mind – Since the 2018-19 season, the Mind Organisation is the Official Charity Partner of the EFL. As per the partnership, the two work together to raise awareness and provide mental health support throughout the UK. As a sponsor, Mind also receives branding on every EFL team’s matchday kit with its logo made part of the font face used for player names at the back of their shirt.
Screwfix – Headquartered in Yeovil, British trade tools, accessories and hardware products retailer Screwfix serves as an Official Partner to the EFL since the 2018-19 season.The three-year deal sees the two offer exclusive fan experience opportunities to the EFL fans, with Screwfix enjoying a strong branding presence across EFL’s physical and digital assets.
Your Move – The British real estate agent serves as an official sponsor to the EFL Championship since December 2019. The sponsorship grants Your Move branding rights across the league’s physical and digital assets.
