Sponsorship Deals of Detroit Pistons

The Detroit Pistons, an American professional basketball team based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, competes in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member club of the Eastern Conference Central Division. According to Forbes 2020, the team is the twenty-sixth most valuable franchise in the NBA, having an estimated $1.45 billion value.

Anheuser-Busch InBev SA – Anheuser-Busch InBev SA, a multinational drink and brewing company based in Leuven, Belgium, is the Detroit Pistons’ official sponsor.


Coca-Cola Co. – Coca-Cola Co. is the official sponsor of the Detroit Pistons.


Lexus – Lexus, a luxury vehicle division of the Japanese automaker Toyota, is the Detroit Pistons’ official sponsor.

Flagstar – Flagstar signed a partnership deal with the Detroit Pistons in 2017 to become the team’s jersey ad sponsor.


Jeep – Jeep, a globally recognized sport-utility vehicle brand, signed a multi-year corporate partnership deal with the Detroit Pistons in September 2017. The company is the exclusive domestic vehicle partner of the team.


Blue Cross Blue Shield – Blue Cross Blue Shield, a health insurance company, is the Detroit Pistons’ official sponsor.


Belfor – Belfor, a multinational corporation that sells recovery and restoration services, is the Detroit Pistons’ officialsponsor.


Little Caesars – Little Caesar Enterprises Inc., the third-largest pizza chain in the United States, is the Detroit Pistons’ naming rights partner. Little Caesars Arena is the home to the team.


Henry Ford Health System – Henry Ford Health System, a comprehensive, integrated, non-profit health care organization, is the naming rights partner of the Detroit Pistons’ facility center.


Rocket Fiber – Rocket Fiber, a Detroit-based technology company, signed a partnership deal with the Detroit Pistons in December 2019. The company is the official internet and network services partner for the team and Henry Ford Detroit Pistons Performance Center, the team’s facility center. It also holds the naming rights to the performance center’s state-of-the-art broadcast studio.


Ring Central – Ring Central, cloud communications provider, signed a partnership deal with the Detroit Pistons in April 2019. The company will work on consolidating communications into a single platform and integrating channels for front office use.

Morse Moving & Storage – Morse Moving & Storage, an Allied Van Line agent, AMSA (American Moving and Storage Association), signed a partnership deal with the Detroit Pistons in September 2018. The company is the official mover of the team.

Plum Market – Plum Market, a Michigan-based grocery chain, signed a partnership with Detroit Pistons in November 2017. The grocery chain plans to open a cafe and retail store in the Henry Ford-Detroit Pistons Performance Center, the team’s facility center. The company is also the food service provider for the Pistons.

Zingerman’s – Zingerman’s, a gourmet food business group, signed a partnership with Detroit Pistons in November 2017. The company plans to provide products and brewed coffee inside the Plum Market location, located at the Henry Ford-Detroit Pistons Performance Center, the facility center of the team.
