Toronto Raptors Sponsors 2021-2022

Following are the companies and organisations that serve as sponsors and brand partners to NBA team, Toronto Raptors , and enjoy a strong branding presence across their physical and digital assets.

Official Style Partner: Hudson’s Bay

Hudson’s Bay is an online fashion retail company and the sixth largest e-commerce platform in Canada. It was announced as the Official Style Partner of the Toronto Raptors in September 2021. The four-year strategic partnership includes various unique opportunities.

As per the deal, the Canadian brand engages with the fans through arena activations and co-branding of the player tunnel and courtside LEDs.

Hudson’s Bay also hosts home game arena ‘take-over’ nights, which include support of the Hudson’s Bay Charter for Change — a Hudson’s Bay Foundation initiative that works with partner organisations.

Insurance Sponsors: TruShield

In March 2021, TruShield announced a partnership with the Toronto Raptors to become the team’s Official Insurance Sponsor. As part of this agreement, TruShield allows small businesses the opportunity to become an official partner of the team and help them win an exciting promotional package for the regular NBA seasons.

One winner is selected at the end of the contest and receives an advertising package that includes broadcast assets during a game, digital promotion within the Raptors website and social media channels, and an out-of-home billboard ad in Downtown Toronto.

Financial Sponsors: XTM Inc.

XTM is a Miami- and Toronto-based Fintech company that provides mobile banking and payment solutions. In March 2021, it signed a deal with the Maple Leaf Sports Entertainment (MLSE), the official sports provider of the Toronto Raptors. This partnership eliminates cash from every employee’s payout process, which reinforces protocols and mitigates risk.

Official Sports Drink Partner: BioSteel

In December 2020, BioSteel announced a multi-year deal with the Toronto Raptors as their Official Sports Drink Partner. BioSteel is a sports hydration company that serves as the Official Sports Drink of the team as well as the Presenting Partner of the Raptors’ training camp.

The multi-year partnership sees BioSteel’s sugar-free sports drink—sold in an eco-friendly tetra pack—made available to Raptors players on the sidelines. The deal also includes prominent BioSteel branding at all Raptors home games in addition to branding at the team’s training facility in Toronto. BioSteel’s logo can be seen on coolers, cups, sidelines, bench areas, home and visiting team chair-backs, courtside LEDs and pole pad signage.  BioSteel’s sports drink is also made available in all sideline coolers and locker rooms.

Official Smile Partner: Align Technology

In October 2019, Align Technology, maker of invisalign clear aligner systems, announced a multi-year deal which made the company the Official Smile Partner of the 2019 NBA champions, the Toronto Raptors.

The agreement includes branding at the Raptors’ arena as well as co-branded social media campaigns.

Official Furniture Partner: Leon

In October 2019, Leon’s furniture division announced that it had partnered with the Toronto Raptors to make the iconic furniture brand the team’s Official Furniture and Mattress Retailer.

This partnership began in the 2019-20 season and has featured multiple campaigns like unique video series, courtside promotions, and strong advertising support.

In the 2019-20 season, Leon gave 200 Raptors fans a chance to win exclusive Toronto Raptors coffee tables. This coffee table was made from a piece of the Raptors’ 25th Anniversary “95 Rewind Court,” which was played on by the team at Scotiabank Arena during the 2019-20 NBA season.
