US Soccer expands Ticketmaster deal

The United States Soccer Federation, the nationwide football-governing body of the USA also known commonly as US Soccer, has signed a new multi-year partnership extension with Ticketmaster, which will thus remain its Official Ticketing Partner.

Ticketmaster, having been a US Soccer partner since 2019, will work with the organisation to allow fans to buy tickets from the US Soccer app. The two will also work on curated content and other fan engagement activities focused for the app.

David Wright, Chief Commercial Officer, US Soccer, commented:

Fans are the heartbeat of our business. Supporting our commitment to super-serve our passionate fans, we are excited to partner with Ticketmaster in our efforts to enhance the customer experience. Ticketmaster has been at the forefront of technology and innovation in this space for years, and is the perfect match as we continue to elevate and evolve as a property.

Clay Luter, Executive Vice President & Co-Head of Sports, Ticketmaster, said:

The expansion of our partnership with U.S. Soccer is a testament to our commitment to celebrating passionate soccer fans. As the game’s popularity continues to rise, we’re eager to take engagement and connectivity to the next level while actively discovering and connecting with new fans. Through our platform, we’ll deliver must-have ticketing solutions, unique content and innovations that further fuel the interest in soccer across the country.
