However, some would argue that Hungary could be the better side heading into this fixture, given how they troubled Switzerland and Germany. Andrew Robertson’s team will set up in a back five and will need most of their attacking output to come from the left flank, where their Liverpool star operates.

Meanwhile, Hungary also employ a back-five system and have proved to be tricky customers on the break. They may not dominate possession, as seen in their matches against the Swiss and Germany, but they will be more than capable of creating a couple of opportunities of their own.

The big news for Scotland is that they will not have Ryan Proteous back in the squad, with the defender having received a two-match suspension. He was shown a straight red card when Scotland played Germany in the first match of the competition.
